Blue Mountain's Junior Instructor Program is a great way for young men and women ages 14 and 15 to get started teaching snowsports. Junior Instructors are employed in our Explorers (Children’s Specific) department. The program starts with the applicant attending the Blue Mountain Instructor Training Course. Successful candidates will receive further training from the Explorer Department aimed at creating a smooth transition onto our staff. Junior Instructors must be available for work on weekends and all holidays during the ski season including the days of and between December24th 2008 and January4th 2009
